The Grand Gateway twin towers in Xujiahui remain Shanghai's most affluent and elegant commercial property investments. For Henderson Land Development, owner of tower 2, the interior metamorphosis transcends its legacy another decade. 

In the design, uninterrupted movement of people and connection to adjacent shopping center has been leveraged to add commercial activity and meeting spots inside the lobby and corridors. People are welcomed into a simple and calm, yet hospitality-like ambience with an abundance of warmth and lighting.
